An Executive Committee that consists of Executive Management and area managers is involved in formulating the policy and future vision of IRCA, and ensures that the decisions of the Senior Management and the Government are executed in all of the institution’s operations.

The Executive Committee is involved in formulating the policy and future vision of IRCA, and ensures that the decisions of the Senior Management and the Government are executed in all of the institution’s operations. The Executive Committee is responsible for coordinating construction, maintenance and services throughout the country, and follows through decisions regarding operations within the current road plan.
